Larry Douglas is the Public Sector / Non-Profit Partner of GenRev Consulting, located at the firm’s headquarters in Austin, Texas. He is a 28-year veteran in the audit community and has held leadership positions in both public sector and professional services arenas, as well as served on multiple education associations and non-profit foundations. He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Texas State University – San Marcos, and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University – Dominguez Hills.

He is a 28-year veteran in the audit community and has held leadership positions in both public sector and professional services arenas, as well as served on multiple education associations and non-profit foundations. He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Texas State University – San Marcos, and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University – Dominguez Hills.

He has attained professional accolades such as being named a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus award for the Texas State MPA Program and recognition as an Emerging Leader by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

He currently serves the internal audit profession, or has previously served, in Officer, Committee, and Board positions for The Institute of Internal Auditors and The Information Systems Audit and Control Association and is a frequent speaker at conferences and universities.
